The Question

Hi,

I am a London based artist, I found your profile and thought you could perhaps being interested in taking part to this project I've got.
I am interested in the relationship between today's rock music and teenage culture and the Romantic period both in art and literature. 
My idea would be this:
I'd send you an image of 19th century painting or photographic portrait. You should then take a photo of yourself assuming ( obviously, though, keeping your usual style/clothes) the same position or expression of the character portrayed. Then send your photo back to me.

do you think you'd be interested?

I would like you to know that I'm not trying to "use" your way of being for shallow artistic reasons. I am into what I am doing and my work ( if not good to some)is always sincere and personal. I'm just saying this because I understand it can be annoying if "artists" treat people as curious specimen of some cult or fashion.
